We started with a simple, slightly audacious idea: what if the things the world overlooks could become its most interesting creations?

Karmann is a circular fashion brand and corporate gifting partner bringing together upcycled materials, thoughtful design and the craftsmanship of artisans with disabilities.

We create clothes, bags and lifestyle products worth carrying, along with corporate hampers people genuinely want to receive — all made using surplus materials that would otherwise be headed to landfills.

So far, we've rescued over 10,000 kg of materials and fulfilled more than 2,000 orders.

But the impact goes beyond the materials we save. Our artisans earn fair wages, receive regular performance feedback and are recognised for their work — including Diwali bonuses. Because inclusion should be reflected in everyday business practices, not just in brand messaging.
