In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may reach out to us with an exchange request. Please note that no refunds are offered.

If you intend to exchange any Products delivered to you, we suggest that you reach out to our customer service team at beverly@karmann.co.in for a resolution.

Our customer service team may reach out to you, using the contact details provided by you, to resolve your grievance. If the defects in the Product can be repaired / removed by alterations, Karmann may offer to have the same repaired and sent to you.

A request for return of a Product shall be entertained only in cases of genuine defect or deficiencies in the Product delivered by Karmann or in cases where the User wishes to exchange the Product received with the same Product of a larger size.

In case where the User wishes to exchange the Product delivered with the same Product of larger size, the same shall be subject to payment of difference amount, being the difference between the cost of the Product purchased and the cost of the replacement Product, by the User.

Please note that exchange requests for the same Product of a different size shall not be entertained for Product purchases during sale/discount periods or in case of customized Orders.

A request for returning any Products would be considered by us, subject to the following conditions:

Our Customer Service Team has been notified about your intention to return the Products at beverly@karmann.co.in within 7 days of delivery of the Product;

Alternatively, you can also contact our customer care executives at +91 99200 86765, Monday - Friday between 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM IST within 7 days of delivery of the Product.

For concerns relating to the size of the Product delivered, please provide us the Order number, date of transaction, delivery address and images of the item to be exchanged along with the package it was received in. Also mention the size of the Product purchased, difficulty with the size of the Product purchased and the new size requirement. We offer size exchange only for the same type of Product.

In case of customized Products, please provide us with the Order number, date on which the Order was confirmed, delivery address, along with the packaging it was received in and additionally mention the requested customization, the problem faced with the customization and kindly reiterate the customization requirement.

Kindly email us a picture of the Product and the packaging it was received in along with a brief description of the grievance at the aforementioned email address;

You are required to provide adequate information to the customer service team to process the return request, including any further details required by us.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Please ensure that the returned Products are unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged.

Please return the Products including all their original packaging, instructions, price tags, invoices and other documents, if any, accompanying the Products.

The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by Karmann to inspect the returned Product and determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return.

In cases where a return request is successfully processed after verification by us, the Users have to return the Product themselves.

The Products are required to be delivered at [Near Apna Bazar, Ground plus one, Building No. 10, Tenement No. 38, Goregaon Yeshwant Nagar CHS Ltd, Yeshwant Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400104] within [10] days of return confirmation from our end. We reserve the right to cancel the return of the Product in case the same is not shipped back to us within the given time frame.

A request for exchanging the Product received with an equivalent amount of store credit shall not be entertained.

Products purchased during sale or are subject to any discount shall not be eligible for return or exchange.

Products purchased prior to any sale, or any other promotional event shall not be eligible for exchange for Products listed on sale.

We do not offer Product exchange or return on Orders shipped internationally.

Gift certificates are also not eligible for return/refund.
