REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may reach out to us with an exchange request. Please note that no refunds are offered.
If you intend to exchange any Products delivered to you, we suggest that you reach out to our customer service team at beverly@karmann.co.in for a resolution.
Our customer service team may reach out to you, using the contact details provided by you, to resolve your grievance. If the defects in the Product can be repaired or removed by alterations, Karmann may offer to have the same repaired and sent to you.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- A request for return of a Product shall be entertained only in cases of genuine defect or deficiencies in the Product delivered by Karmann, or in cases where the User wishes to exchange the Product received with the same Product of a larger size.
- In case the User wishes to exchange for a larger size, the same shall be subject to payment of the difference amount — being the difference between the cost of the Product purchased and the cost of the replacement Product — by the User.
- Please note that a nominal exchange processing and logistics fee of INR 200 per Product will be applicable for all exchange requests. This helps us cover handling, quality checks, and shipping coordination for the exchanged Product.
- Exchange requests for a different size shall not be entertained for Products purchased during sale/discount periods or in case of customised Orders.
HOW TO RAISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST
A request for returning any Products would be considered by us, subject to the following conditions:
- Our Customer Service Team has been notified about your intention to return the Products at beverly@karmann.co.in within 7 days of delivery of the Product.
- Alternatively, you can contact our customer care executives at +91 99200 86765, Monday – Friday between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, within 7 days of delivery of the Product.
INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR SIZE EXCHANGE
- Order number, date of transaction, and delivery address
- Images of the item to be exchanged along with the package it was received in
- Size of the Product purchased, difficulty faced with the size, and the new size requirement
- Please note: we offer size exchange only for the same type of Product
INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMISED PRODUCT EXCHANGE
- Order number and date on which the Order was confirmed
- Delivery address along with the packaging it was received in
- The requested customisation, the problem faced with the customisation, and the customisation requirement reiterated
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Kindly email a picture of the Product and the packaging it was received in, along with a brief description of the grievance, to beverly@karmann.co.in.
- You are required to provide adequate information to the customer service team to process the return request, including any further details required by us.
- Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them — unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
- Please return the Products including all original packaging, instructions, price tags, invoices and other documents, if any, accompanying the Products.
- The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by Karmann to inspect the returned Product and determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return.
RETURN SHIPPING
In cases where a return request is successfully processed after verification by us, the User is required to return the Product at their own cost to the following address:

The Product must be delivered to the above address within 10 days of return confirmation from our end. We reserve the right to cancel the return of the Product in case the same is not shipped back to us within the given time frame.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- A request for exchanging the Product received with an equivalent amount of store credit shall not be entertained.
- Products purchased during sale or subject to any discount shall not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased prior to any sale or promotional event shall not be eligible for exchange for Products listed on sale.
- We do not offer Product exchange or return on Orders shipped internationally.
- Gift certificates are not eligible for return or refund.
