Shipping policy

  1. Shipping charges, if applicable over and above the price of the Product, will be specified at the time of placing an Order.

  2. Please note that Karmann does not undertake delivery of Products, and it relies on its delivery and logistics partners and courier services (“Delivery Partners”) to deliver its Products to Users.

  3. Please ensure that complete and correct shipping address, including pin code and contact information are provided to ensure hassle free delivery. In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details given at the time of placing the Order, no refund request will be entertained.

  4. If your Order is not serviceable by our Delivery Partners or your location is not covered by us or them, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address. If we are unable to identify a shipping address that is serviced by us and our Delivery Partners, we reserve the right to cancel your Order and the consequences of an Order cancellation (as set out in these Terms) shall follow.

  5. In case you book multiple Products in a single Order, efforts will be made to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible.

  6. Karmann endeavors to make sure that its Products reach its cost of the Users at the earliest. An Order once successfully placed shall be dispatched within 10 working days of Order confirmation. Post-dispatch, delivery of the Product is at our Delivery Partner’s discretion. Once your Order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email with courier details. You can track your Order status using the consignment/tracking number on our Delivery Partner’s website

  7. Title to the Product as well as risk of loss shall pass to the User, upon the Product being handed over the Delivery Partner by Karmann.

  8. Estimated delivery timeline shall be communicated to the User at the time of placing the Order. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays shall not be considered as working days for deliveries.

  9. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to circumstances or events beyond the control of Karmann or the logistics service provider including, without limitation, force majeure events, climatic issues, natural calamities, disruption in the supply chains, Orders / notifications issued by statutory authorities, political disruptions, logistical challenges, Product lost in transit and other similar reasons. In such cases, the User shall be intimated of the delay in shipping.

  10. Please note that neither will Karmann be responsible for, nor will it compensate for any mental agony or inconvenience, or loss caused due to delay in delivery for any reason.

  11. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after three (3) attempts, no refund requests shall be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

  12. Please ensure that the delivery package is received in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.

  13. In case the package delivered is damaged, kindly retain the original packaging (along with the price tags, invoices, labels and other items) until our team reviews it. Additionally, Users are requested to write “Received Damaged” on the delivery receipt when accepting the package and signing off with the courier partner.

  14. All Orders are processed from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

 

SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  1. Karmann accepts international Orders and has tied up with domestic and international courier companies for this purpose.

  2. To place an international Order, kindly get in touch with our Customer Services team at to determine if delivery can be made to your country.

  3. International Orders are subject to Customs or import duties which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are solely dependent on the customs rules at that point in time. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country.

  4. The charges may vary as per the rules of different countries depending on the merchandise, Order value, merchandise quantity, end use, and composition of materials used to make the merchandise and is solely at the discretion of the duty officer.

  5. Please note that customs duty is not included in the Order value and must be borne by the User.

  6. Customs duties and charges are payable directly to our delivery partner at the time of delivery of the Order. In case of your unwillingness to pay these charges to our delivery partner and the resultant failure of delivery, refund requests shall not be entertained.
